My car was misdiagnosed and was charged R9000

My car was in for about 4 days in December because it was making funny sounds and I had aircon problems too. The air was fixed but the car still had the funny sounds after paying R9 000. I took it back; Abdul arranged for a mechanic to go for a drive with me. The mechanic told me that something under my bumper was lose and is touching my left front tyre as I drive. He just tightened it and in 5min my car was ok. So clearly my car was misdiagnosed and Abdul agreed to refund us R2383.00 and put that in wiriting. I have been trying to get the refund from Abdul from 4th Jan but to this day nothing has happened. He has different stories everytime I speak to him. The last story was lying by telling me that the financial managers's child is in ICU but when I spoke the switchboard I was told that it is not true. I spoke to Marion Ackerman in the Acc dept, she said Abdul will pay out of his pocket on the 28th Jan. Nothing happened on that day and on the 29th, I spoke to Chris Germishuizen (Abdul's manager) who said he will call me back but never did. Today when my husband called Chris said they wont refund us. I want my money back.
