Not even a member yet already stuffed around

After accepting a quote off hippo/broker I opted to join Resolution. The broker compiled the paperwork and 2 weeks went by expecting all to go well. After suffering a sport related injury that thankfully did not require hospitalisation or treatment I decided to check up the progress only to discover that I was asked to submit further info but no one had told me.

I then completed the last paperwork under another broker since I was not too impressed with the previous ones and the new lady was helpful and had everything ready and in for underwriting within a day (27 May). Today I phone Resolution again directly just to be told that "30 days have passed" and I must apply AGAIN. Since the application was lodged around the 9th May - and followed up and completed 27th May - I fail to see how you calculate 30 days.

If you did not want me as a member you could have just said so instead of royally messing me around. I'm not even a member yet and the service screams woeful.
