I have SLE and Cancer and cannot get wheelchai

As there is no number that I can phone to complain about your service I will have to write an open letter to you. We have longtime members of your fund as my husband's work requires a membership with you. We have always had problems with our chronic medication as well as payments made to my oncologist and rheumatologist (and that is not mentioning problems with payment of cancer blood tests.). But now we have been hit with another problem. I am disabled due to SLE and cancer I am now unable to walk and have a very weak grip in my hands. In fact I am trying to write this using google voice as I cannot write much anymore. I have had walking aids in the past but now need a motorized wheelchair, which you apparently do not cover as they cost between R21 000.00 and upwards. However you do cover R 6 800.00 for a wheelchair so a dealer submitted a claim for the full amount thinking that we can get the allocated funds to them and then make a plan to pay the difference. How we make up the difference is a private matter. You tell me that I am not allowed a motorized wheelchair unless we give you priavate banking and tax details! I have broken down... is this not abuse of a disabked and very ill person?
