REFUSAL TO PAY HOSPITAL ACCOUNT

I am very disappointed with Resolution health. I was once hospitalised at Glynnwood Hospital on the 31/04/2012. I was going to be a member of Resolution Health as from the 01/05/2012 leaving Spectramed according to the broker that lured me to this horrible Medical Scheme. I happened to be hospitalised prior receiving my membership number/card. I contacted Resolution after having released from Hospital and was told that am not the member yet and I am subject to waiting period of 3Months of which I disputed. I only received membership documents after signing the document a week later with membership number 18479813. It took me 2yrs to get this sorted and now they say the never receive claims whereby I forwarded them all the claims when I was querying failure to make payment and they rejected all of them and I took the matter with HELLOPETER they still said they had no obligation to pay. I then took the matter with CMS who found that Resolution Health are responsible to pay, but now they make another delaying tactics to avoid payments. Please assist me.
