MedicalAid canceled member policy without concent

Oct 2012 emergeny C section my 2nd night in hospital the hosp admin dep. told me the medical aid told them that I have resigned (which was not the case) they then phoned the medical aid again & all of a sudden there I was still a member, we had to fax my childs registration forms 4 times before someone got the application forms! My child was in ICU for a month ALL the suppliers sent me the invoices as Resolution said my child was not on the medical aid, but I paid for him I then sent all the invoices to my Broker Agility Global Health, Judy Erasmus she sent it on to the medical aid for payment. On the 27 March I got a call from a supplier saying that I have resigned my fund in January which I have not, The broker sent in a resignation from another client with name and id number different from mine WITH MY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER. Me and my son have not been on a medical aid since March AND I DIDNT EVEN KNOW!! I mailed the broker everyday to ask why has my dorder not gone off they can get an answer form the medical aid, I phoned the medical aid they where suppose to sent me a form & I got nothing!!! I did not resign in January can someone please fix this mess!
