09/05/13 sent momentum a quotation from my doctor for a gastroscopy scheduled 28/05/13.in attached email I requested a breakdown of the amount they would be covering so as to make the appropriate financial preparations for the shortfall.on the 23/05/13 I had received neither a phone call nor an email response.i called their customer services dept and after spending close on 1/2 hr I was assured the necessary quotation would be sent thru to me by Chris working in their quotations dept.the email was sent at 4pm on Friday 24/05 and he left for the weekend.that being said the quotation he had done was incorrect and I requested a response and correction via email on both Monday morning and afternoon.the procedure has gone ahead and to day I sSTILL have received no communication from momentum.sufficed to say I will be transferring my health insurance and that of my husband and 2 child's to discovery!!
