Momentum service is terrible

I have really been disappointed by the service and communication I have received from Momentum, especially after the last (and only) claim I made. The email and phone interactions I have had with Momentum have really irked me - the last straw was, after still not receiving the reimbursements that were promised me, checking with Momentum twice to ensure my banking details were correct. After receiving two email confirmations that my banking details have been captured correctly on the database, I received a check from my doctor because Momentum had paid my reimbursement to them instead! I still have no record of the other reimbursements that were purportedly made.

So I have decided to move to Discovery. Good bye Momentum, I will definitely NOT miss you!
