I have been trying to get our claims sent through to your claims dept. for the last three months. everytime myself or my husband have called through we have had to speak to someone new! this is SO annoying. no one seems to know what is going on and no one is able to help me. this is definatley not the service which i am used to with momentum! why do we have to struggle with multiple phonecalls, endless faxing and emailing to get you guys to pay out a claim? you're very eager to stop our medical aid if we don't pay on the first, but to get money out of you is like getting water out of a rock. i doubt that this email will be given priority
