Christina Malinga incompetent, No customer service

After a month of non stop phone calls from Momentum health and cold calls I submitted a completed Momentum Health application form. On the form I also selected that multiply and my free health saver account be activated. I confirmed via email that all would be in order and commence on 1 April 2013. I received communication that my Momentum Health plan was activated and followed up personally with Multiply to find our what was happening with my Multiply account. I was informed that Christina Malinga had not submitted my application and that multiply would get hold of her and get back to me. On a daily basis I have called, as no one from momentum or multiply has yet to call to inform me that my problem has been rectified and I received no communication from Christina informing me that there was any problem. The level of customer service and empty promises has been diabolic. Christina has not forwarded any details of her manager to pass on a complaint and has not rectified the problem. I still do not have answers and do not believe Momentum should get their customers to run after them. Pure incompetence and lack of any customer service!
