Bad Attitude/Poor Service

We had booked accomodation at this lodge for friday 31 May till 2 June 2013. and prior to our booking we had noticed on their website that it was situated on the side of the road and some of the cars were parked on the road, we then enquired as to whether they has a secure parking as we are not from the area and therefore did not feel comfortable parking the car on the side of the road ans we were concerned with the safety, were were told that yes they do have a secure parking and therefore we made the booking.

When we arrived there around 21:15pm 31 May we were then told that unfortunately all parkings were full and upon quering how was that possible because they knew that we were coming and needed parking and they guy who was assisting started shouting telling me what was he suppose to do because he is telling me that there is no parking, i told them that they should have mentioned that it was on first come first serve basis, we booked because they confirmed that they had parking, the guy kept on shouting and he continued to tell us that we must leave his place and he threw us out in the middle of the night.
