Bad management and poor service

I went to Asoka in person in April to make a dinner booking for my sister's graduation. The person assisting me wrote all my details in what I thought was the bookings file and ensured me that somebody would call me within a couple of days to discuss menu options.

More than two weeks passed and nobody had contacted me, I then followed up more than three times- only to find that the bookings manager had no idea of my reservation. I was then told that the restuarant was fully booked and there was nothing they could do.

The manager was rude when he said to me 'I'm not saying its your fault, I'm not saying its our fault' I mean seriously whose fault could it possibly be?!

The entire ordeal was handled extremely unprofessionally and with little regard for the effort we had made.
I have never experience such poor service especially from management.
