BOOKINGS FULL FOR LICENSE

We stand in a long line every time just to find out that all bookings are full. I went in to find out how it can be full. The one Male person who is going according to the file said there is 35 bookings done and He suggested I go and speak to MR ROBERTS TO SEE IS HE CAN ASSIST US. WOW!!! Mr Roberts said sorry mam this is how the procedure are. You have to stand in line and you are not guaranteed to have a definite booking. He again suggested that we see RIka to see if she cant open a booking. I went and spoke to Rika she said sorry she give out 50 drivers and 50 learners a day. if so WHERE IS THE BOOKING GOING. They only booked 35 where is the other 15 gone to.
this is why South African people are getting corrupt because of we are trying to everything LEGAL. but with this system how can we. ALL WE WANT IS A BOOKING the year is still long and they only are doing MArch. come on ; who must be held responsible for this. it is one persons word against RIKA. please
