Terrible Service

I bought a groupon voucher for Stella FC Restaurants for 6people. I called in advance to make bookings with Quinton. A few days prior I called to confirm only to find no booking was made. I called for directions, As we approached the restaurant a very shabby looking unshaven man approached us, to our amazement this was the Manager Quinton. He said they ran out of gas at 2pm he had 4hours to contact me but he didn't. I think my reservation was never made, they did not know what to do with a table for 6 because they were fully booked so the manager runs out and sends us away. A good manager would have apologized&called us in for some drinks to compensate for their mistake. I was extremely humiliated in front of my family& in-laws. I called the restaurant, they said to compensate me they will give me complimentary drinks. I declined their offer because the voucher included drinks. I suggested we include 2 kids in our party both Diane&Carol said no way. I don't think I asked for too much when asking for 2 kids to be included. The Groupon voucher for 2 would cost R79.00, I spent R500.00 (R350 Dinner R150 Petrol) in total. I don't think I was asking for too much considering my experience with this place
