What a rip off!!! Stay Away!!

I purchased a Full Day Spa for 2 valued at R1950 from their Groupon promotion for R600. Sounded like a great deal. What a. I sadly gave it to a dear friend to use with her daughter when she came out from Australia. The full day lasted less than 1 and half hours!!! from 9am to be done by 10.30!!! this for a full body massage, Environ Facial, and paraffin manicure. No cocktail or champagne as advertised. Snacks after - was a sandwich??? no Environ or any decent products were used. Even worse, the staff sat around chatting and joking making it even more unpleasant. It was not even worth R600 let alone R1950!!! I want a complete refund for this very unpleasant experience!! What a shame to show off our wonderful country with such cheap chancers :-(
