Dr Ji Van Beljon
Extremely bad attitude and service

Would hereby like to log an official complaint against the General Practice of Dr JI Van Beljon.

On 21/05/2013 my husband received a sms that he was handed over by Dr van Beljon for an outstanding amount of R2992.23. I phoned the attorneys office on 22/05/2013 to establish what this was for and they sent me a statement. I then phoned Discovery Medical Aid to find out what the reason was for them not paying the full amount as was authorised. They notified me that the reason codes was the only hold up as it was a break down of the procedure, it included the main procedure code, the gauze they used and assistant codes, it was only necessary to put the main procedure code on the invoice that was sent to Discovery. They asked me to phone the doctor's rooms and request a motivation letter as to why they listed the break down of the codes and then Discovery would pay the outstanding amount.
