Half items on menu not available and service poo

I took some work colleagues to the Signal Hill Lounge inside the Hilton in Cape Town City Centre as it met our catering needs.
A booking was made 2 days before and when we arrived there was no one to welcome us and there was no table ready - First Problem.
We waited for a long time for our waiter (Mandla) to bring menus - Second Problem.
When we finally found our waiter (Mandla) and we wanted to order, half the items on the menu was not available. They listed approximately 7 different beers on the menu that we wanted to order that was not available. - Problem 3.
Our waiter was hardly there to meet our needs. We had to keep getting up to look for him.
Our dessert order took about 30 minutes. We ordered normal stuff on the menu. But only the stuff they had.
This has been the worst restaurant I have been to and my colleagues were not impressed by the service we received and lack of items on the menu available.
Great dissapointment
