I sent a claim on 29/5 for FJ Potgieter. On 4 June they still had not processed it. I phoned Discovery. They apparently never received my whole email and only some of the attachments - utter rubbish! I resent the original email and rescanned all documents. On 11/6 Robert Lightbody sent a response saying 2-3 days to still process. On 25/6 I sent an email asking what was happening with claim. Got no response. On 27/6 I spoke to Delia. She was going to call me back with a response. On 1/7 I called again and spoke to Shelly. On 1/7 Delia sent a response after I spent almost a whole day on the phone with Shelly explaining to her the situation. Shelly obviously just got Delia to respond instead of sorting out the problem which she said she would do. The email from Delia says "Discovery is not able to link the modifier code 0005 to a code where the quantity is more than one... request an amended account with these codes split into 2 lines per code..." A PERSON HAS 2 EYES NOT 1! I then sent a response from Doctor office stating codes used form part of operation. I phoned Discovery again 4/7.Warren tried to help. No help. PLEASE PROCESS THE CLAIM/ GO SEE DOCTOR TO UNDERSTAND THEIR CODES
