Processing of a PMB Claim

I logged the initial claim on 27 Feb; for Blood Tests & Specialist consultation, date of service 15 Feb 2013; along with the Specialist consultation for the same date. After numerous attempts to resend it; then me following up telephonically on the progress; the Lab acc was finally escalated & reprocessed for payment! Yet I am still waiting for the Dr account for the same condition, for the same date - that has also been escalated several times to be processed.
One of my emails confirms "I called to follow up on:
12 March
20 March
25 March
4 April
17 April"
Then my last email dated, 3 May: "On the morning of 24 April, I received a call from Sieraaj, in response to my comments from the Client Services Survey that I completed.
He assured me that my claims will be reprocessed as the agent has been dealing with it.
Yet, I find myself receiving yet another "REJECTED" claim - for the same reason! "
Perhaps the office of [Email Removed] - will respond as they check the survey feedback; though I am yet to get any from this last email or call I made last week... THANKS DISCOVERY for your help in failing South African Service Levels!
