SO UNFAIR

We are Pensioners and were recommended to join Keycare plus. We get a Pension of R6756.00 a month and pay them R2660.00 a month. Do they put this money in their pockets and expect as to suffer as we do because we have to end up paying cash when seeing a Specialist once last year and once this year. Also have to pay for medication prescribed by the Doctor who does not always go by their list as am told their medicine on that list is rubbish. This has been proven as antibiotics on their list did not help my Husband with an Infection he had and had to pay R350.00 cash for Antibiotics which worked. Now we have been billed for R984.00 from Pathcare for blood tests they did not pay for and Was told they would if it was on the Keycare Plus Form. How are we expected to pay these high bills. Does Discovery expect us to starve? I currently have Chronic Bronchitis and the cheap Cough Mixture on their list does not help neither their cheap Antibiotics. Somebody has to look into this Plan of theirs which is daylight and should be stopped. It is very unfair and someone might well lose their life because of it.
