Outsanding amounts erro

For the past three years i have been expalianing the same issue with Discovery.. I worked at forbes and took out my husband from the medical aid as a result there was monies outstanding which where paid in R2 587, Lolly Chellan sent an email confirming these amounts had been allocated, i then received another instruction to pay an additional r695 which was also paid..all these transactions took place between October 2011 and 20 march 2012. there was nothing outstanding when i left the company now last week i get a call from an agent from your credit card department by the name of Zelda that tells me on my credidt card balance (discoverycard) there is an additional R558 from previous member ship. still outstanding. Please can i ask that this is resolved ASAP as im tired and find it highly unproffesional that i need to expalin and prove that these outstanding amounts to the medicat aid have been paid..Highly annoyed!!
