I have been trying to a pre approval for a doctors appointment for the past 3 days now. I have been giving the run around and also given different answer to my questions. I have done everything the 7 consultants had told me to do, but with no results. I am still with no approval.
The last consultant had told me that the doctor that I had been to is not on the network. As far as my knowledge the Medicross in Farremere Benoni is on the list. I am real annoyed because very consultant has a different story.
