Resolution Health Medical Scheme
MUST I LOOSE MY JOB OR CAUSE A CAR ACCIDENT???

Resolution Health has refused to give me authorisation for neck manipulation and facet joint blocks injections on my C5/6/7, claiming its a radiology procedure, therefore will be done without anaesthetic, my specialist is speechless that this painful procedure can be done without it. My radiology benefits were exhausted after the MRI etc scan to determine what was causing my problem.
I have reached a point where the use of my right hand and arm is so bad that I cannot work on my computer for long periods, Im a bookkeeper and 8 hours a day is spent on computers, our HR Manager has brought it to my attention that the loss of production is not acceptable in our workplace. The numbness has nearly caused me to have a few car accidents as I cannot grip the steering wheel properly and have no control of hand numbness. My home life is also suffereing as normal tasks like cooking has caused me burning my hand on regular occassions. I think Resolution Health will wait for me to be admitted from one or other accident before they sort out a small procedure, or maybe when I get admitted for ulsers after all the pain medication I have been taking takes its toll on my stomach!
