Will not pay for medical bills!!

I have been paying my contribution religiously and have not ever claimed a cent from them. A month or so ago, my daughter fell ill and the doctor hospitalized her for some tests. I used an approved hospital and got approval from Momentum. After 5 days she was released and I thought that this will be taken care off by my medical aid. Sadly not. I started to receive one after the other bills and when I phoned them they said that some of the tests was not covered under my policy. What!!?? I am left with thousands of Rands owed to doctors. How is this possible??? Why do you fool us in to taking our money and once we need you, you don't honor your obligations!!
