SUSPENSION of my Account for the 5th Time!!!

I am absolutely livid!!! Once again my benefits has been suspended because your finance department decided to sit back and relax instead of allocating the payments. As per my profile my account is paid on the 15th of every month, and if you have a look that is the norm and if you double look, my payment is there!!! Never has my account not been paid. This now means I have to sit without medical aid for a whole weekend, also using my time and my airtime to sort out the problem on Monday. I could not get to anyone but on very rude emergency lady. And with all that showing a skipped payment on my Credit record. This was the last time!!! As it has happened before and surely the promises from your Management team that it will not happen again, is left without follow through once again. Thank you for the suspention of my account time after time!!!
