Fedhealth Medical Scheme
Taking my money x 2 BUT suspending my account

Fedhealth have taken my money and still suspended my account. They have also incorrectly paid a supplier twice and is now holding me responsible for this double payment. Their accounts are a mess and they are not willing to fix their errors!!! I have read some other reviews where other clients are experiencing the same problems. There must be an ombitsman we must be able to turn to??? Can someone please advise?
