I have had enough of Fedhealth and their utter incompetence being passed on to me the customer. I will be looking for another medical aid ASAP. I requested my debit order be switched to my new bank account at the beginning of October. Due to there bad service they delayed in processing this. Now on the first of November my medical aid will not go off against any bank account and it now becomes my problem to pay them manually. And all I get from your call centre is a sorry for the inconvenience. Pathetic!!! This is not the first time I have had problems with Fedhealth. Luckily I have other options as far as medical aids go.
