They took my money after saying they wont

I recently moved my wife and child from an existing medical aid to Bonitas. I have to tell you they are making a very bad first impression. I was unable to get my current medical aid to let them go early enough so had to change the start date of Bonitas which was done successfully. They gave it to me in writing that they would not debit my account this month... but guess what happened. THEY DID! I have been struggling since the beginning of the month to get my money back. I'm now going to have to make loans to pay an account which I'm unable to pay because I've paid for two medical aids. And the just don't respond. They say they have escalated the matter to management but I have heard absolutely nothing. As a new customer I'm not impressed at all.
