We are still waiting for a refund from our Savings but every week when someone else anwers my call, i keep getting a different response even though I said that I would like to close my current medical aid account with them, guess what Discovery Health did'nt even blink once to consider the fact that they were loosing another client. I was assisted by GABBY to close my account in a flash as they keep giving me the SPIN around with regards to my refund. They are only good to accept our monthly payments but they are quite keen on stalling REFUND payments. EK IS.
