Feedback for MSA refund

I sent through a request for a early release of my Medical Aid Savings from discovery, as I had left my previous employer and discovery and would not be joining a new medical aid anytime soon due to affordability. I originally contacted the call centre in October and then followed up on numerous occasions since then. I am still waiting!!!
