Not paying my doctors bills even out of savings

I went to the travel clinic last month to get vaccines in order to go into mid Africa.
I was told that I have to pay in advance and that discovery would refund me for the medical treatment.
I received an email from discovery telling me they would refund me R0 of the R1000 for various made up, under explained reasons. After about 5 emails to various people they responded saying they will pay me R260 out of the R500 or so... not sure what happened to the rest of the claim... I understand that 1 of the items (about R260) is not covered.
In their payment they have also ignored VAT completely and are refusing to refund me the VAT amount of the bill. I have tried various emails and have had no luck, I have tried phoning and have been unable to speak to any discovery employees. The call centre and email services are pointless, discovery should just shut them down.
I would like someone from discovery to please give me a contact number of someone who I can actually speak to about the claims.
I have not even been refunded the R260 as of yet and have thousands in savings. Just a warning to others that with discovery, you'll fight for your health and money, every day.
