Waiting 9 weeks for my phone!!

My phone has been gone now for 9 weeks. Samsung told me my phone was at Autopage ready for me to collect from Friday the 6th. They, it is not there. The guy that is "dealing" with my query is not calling me back and I am now getting very angry. All I want from you people is a straight answer and my phone back. Please could someone tell me what is going on and when I will get my phone, and I would like an honest answer this time instead of the your company has told me. Does your company just not care about your customers, the people that pay your salaries!!
