Very very Bad service for an apple store

I placed an order and paid on the 21st of December and I have not received my unit since than, and when I call for an update on the delivery status, I always get " I will call you back in a minute answer" and never ever get a call back. This morning (11/01/13 - at 10:15) I called to get the package tracking number, I was told it will be emailed to me in a minute. (11/01/13 - at 12:18) I'm still waiting for that minute, 2 hours later. I'm really disappointed in the service offered by [URL Removed] next time I buy any apple unit, [URL Removed] will be in the bottom of my supplier list.
