Repairs & delivery of unit take way toooo long

I handed in my MacBook Air for repairs on May 19th.
I was told it would take about 7-10 working days before it would be returned.
Today is the 27th day & I haven't yet received my unit.
That's a whole 4 weeks!!!
If this is how Core Group manages Apple franchise here in S.A. then say good bye to Apple!
There is no way they would succeed with such inefficiency when we pay a very high premium for their products.
One would expect much more...
I repeatedly sent emails to Nipun (Head at Gateway iStore) and others politely requesting a replacement unit (since they couldn't have the unit ready in such a long time) But none of them even responded to that particular request.??
No Doubt, Nipun would call me a few times to buy more time for themselves, and recently Roxanne tried to speed it up.
But at the end of 27 days, I am still without my unit!
