We went to the LG store at Canal Walk on Friday the 4th of Jan to enquire about vacuum cleaner bags. Morne took down all our details to phone us when he got prices. He never came back to us. I then sent a query through to your call centre via your website on the 8th of January and still no reponse. My husband then phoned Morne again on the 9th. Morne took down his details again and we are still waiting for him to phone us.

Can you please tell us where we can get vacuum cleaner bags for model LG V-CP743NDR? We've been to Makro, Game, Pick n Pay, Checkers and your LG shop but can't find. We also tried phoning you 0800 number but it keeps ringing.
