Faulty goods not credited, New orders not delivered. Money gone

Consumer beware.
This is sleaze of the first degree. Returned faulty goods weeks ago, not even a response. The just took the stuff AND the money. Promise they will call - but never do. They are presently out of step with consumer law.
Another big order weeks old tracking says packed but nobody can find it... hours on the phone, no help. Just don't get angry, they need you to remain calm and professional while they fleece you.

Think they care? Buy at your own peril. I strongly advise against it.
