Don't care about their customers

Ref# 7112229579 and 4144649405 were cancelled and rejected without notifying me only after calling them back I was informed. I was also told to go to the retail I purchased a LED TV 3D (Game); initially when I called I was told that they'll send someone out to my house because it's big TV - 50". Went to woodmead Dion where I spoke to a lady at the samsung service desk whom she promised that someone will call me. I can't drive around with this tv and at the call centre they do care I called using a cellphone and they'll put you on hold for sometime don't even offer to call you back if they'll ever do that. When I bought this TV I was told its good quality but up to so far...
