What Despicable service??? I have been mislead and misrepresented. I have a problem with my Samsung 55" 3D Plasma television which I purchased in 2011, so I took the TV to Dion Wired to find out what do I do about this. I went to the customer service desk where a lady was assisting me and asked for sales consultant name Kevin to help with my problem. I have produced my receipt for proof of purchase and the sales consultant asked the lady to check on the system if I still have a warranty available and I was told that I have a 2 year warranty. The process now is to log this with Samsung and Samsung will contact me to try to repair the TV, if not they will replace me with another TV. I am under the impression that this will be resolved. I waited for 5 days and had no feed back, I have made numerous calls to Dion Wired until I finally got a hold of the sales person Kevin which he contacted Samsung to phone me. Samsung then gets a hold of me notifying me that they will charge me a call out fee R375 and the amount to repair the TV. I asked why I am paying for this as the TV is still under warranty and the lady said no its not. I phoned the store again, they cant help me...
