Fridge under warranty, Samsung not helping!!!

I reported a fault with my Samsung fridge at Game (where I bought the fridge) during the 2nd week of Jan. Samsung called me with a reference number and said I should take the reference number to Game for them to give me a replacement fridge. To date, this has not happened and I am stuck with a fridge that is not working. The funny thing is when Samsung called me with a reference number for a replacement fridge, I was told that a week was too long for a customer to be without a fridge but now it's been almost four weeks!!! Game told me they were liaising with Sylvester Gadlela from Samsung, I tried calling him and I was told that he cannot take my call because he was on another line, and then I was told that he cannot take my call as there is no "VOC" on the system for my query. He eventually found time to call me, said he was going to look into it and get back to me. He NEVER did that and when I tried following up I was told that he is on another line and he was gonna get back to me, that never happened. Samsung always has a new excuse for not finalising my query, from missing proof of purchase to job cards (which are not applicable because no one ever looked at my fridge)
