I HAVE BEEN MISLEAD BY A GAME SALES PERSON

I have purchased a Samsung TV 16.5 months ago, its a L5 tv LCD the crystal design 40", the reason I chose Samsung, was because the sales consultant told me that Samsung has the longest life span and has minimal come backs... so I bought all Samsung equipment... I really was going to go with SONY but was convinced that samsung was the way to go.. so I bought the TV, the 3d home theater and a blue ray all samsung... My TV has lost its color quality and starts flickering now an again and the color is all off... this started about 2 months ago it did this once and all the color went off beat and came right and again over the weekend... I am not happy with this, I have tried a blue ray movie and the quality has also dropped and the color went hazy and green shades... after a few hours the TV came back to normal... I am not happy with this because I have invested with Samsung products because I thought you where the best because I hate to buy and have to return or send for repairs and have the inconvenience of removing and sending back and waiting etc... I am very of that I was deceived and has costed me alot and now i have to face with this...
