Almost but not quite (Wrong replacement)

So I get a call after I wrote my first complaint (Cant remember the gentleman's name) saying he will take care of the matter. AWESOME. 10/12 I then got an email with a reference no. Regards Petros. 13/12 BEEP BEEP delivery. jump up and down for joy. I got inside and opened the bag only to find it is the wrong keyboard, titled Smart PC and having NO function for a/ my ES7500 Smart TV as my original keyboard (VG-KBD1000) such as on/off vol, prog control and TOUCH PAD (these being the faulty part of the first one) and all the other tv remote functions. I emailed Petros immediately that the product is not a suitable replacement with no response so far (Even allowing for businesses to open after season). The product has been sitting here unused in it box waiting to be collected and the right one to be delivered. If there is no replacement product with the same features then I would like my money back as it defies the reason for buying the keyboard in the first place.
