Great service - replacement of keyboard

Dell, as in the past, were fantastic and quickly resolved an issue I had with the keyboard on my Dell Notebook. Greast service from the person who assisted me at the call centre. Received the replacement keyboard today, one day after phoning them and my Notebook is working 100% again. Thank you
