OUTSTANDING ASSISTANCE

Having purchased a new Roland BK-5 keyboard I was unable to suitable assistance from the persons I purchased it from. A friend recommended I approach Bothners' in Plumbstead.
Their keyboard expert, Dave is indeed an expert. He VERY patiently xplained to me over the lelephone, exactly how to operate the various components. From wanting to return this amazing keyboard I am now more than thrilled with it and would like to say a BIG 'thank you' to Dave for his wilingness to assist me, a total stranger.
I will certainly ONLY make any future. If Dave is an example of the quality of the other Bothners' employees you cannot go wrong with them.
