Excellent After sales service

I have purchased several item online via (BidorBuy) through Arxvaldex and have never been disappointed with the service or the item and the after sales service. On one occasion, I purchased a sealed branded flash drive but was defective. Petros advised me to return is to the supplier directly instead of back to Arxvaldex store, thereby minimizing the the delay of investigation and replacement.
In the interim Petros shipped me another sealed and also branded item. Upon the supplier returning the new flash drive to Arxvaldex as a replacement, Petros further sent the replacement one to me at no cost to me. For me that is 7Star Service. I will continue to support ArxValdex and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you Petros
