Supremely dissapointed in Samsung customer service

Electronics and household app.

Having saved for months, we were super excited to buy a washing machine and dishwasher, and were offered a (seemingly) good deal on a dishwasher by helpful salesman Claude at the Clearwater Samsung store. The washing machine was delivered same day; great! However, it is now 11 days (and counting!) after I've paid, and still no dishwasher. The end-of-line deal offered to us has turned into a "no stock" nightmare, characterised by no, limited, conflicting or confusing communication. I was offered "a discount" on a more expensive device, which meant I still needed to pay in an additional R1500. Not acceptable! Your supply chain, warehousing and systems issues should not become my problem. It has now been more than 30 hours (and a full working day) since your last contact Samsung SA, after I was promised regular updates. No update. No resolution. A much anticipated purchase had now turned into a quagmire of disappointment and despondency. This is rapidly becoming a case study in atrocious customer service.
