Not even a year old and the motor has stopped

I bought my first Hisense aircon from the Makro and it started giving a problem, I then had it replaced for another one not even a year later the motor has stopped working, I'm stuck with out the car for the rest of the week and don't know what to do, can someone please arrange to come out to my house and bring another unit if possible
