Disappointment in Hisense and Hi Fi corp service

Electronics and household app.

We have bought 2 Hisense TV's in 2010 with extended warrantee of three years and another 2 in Dec 2012. I reported on 20/12/2012 to Hi Fi corp that one of the TV's bought in 2010 had a fault. Bongani at Hi Fi corp customer service took the serial number direct from the TV and reported it to Hisense. He advised me that the turn- around time is 72 working hours for Hisense to contact me.

On 3/01/2013 I visited Hi Fi corp to check on my query, Bongani again. He phoned Hisense and they said that he gave them the incorrect serial number. I confirm with him the correct serial number and again he advised that the turn- around time is 72 working hours for Hisense to contact me.

On 9/01/2013 I phoned Hi Fi Corp again, Bongani was not in and Sipho returned my call to confirmed that a job card was opened by Hisense and someone will call me later that day or early the next morning.

On the 10th at 14h00 I phone Hi Fi Corp and explained and demanded to speak to Customer service manager - . He was supposed to return my call but no reply.

Morning of the 11th I phoned and spoke to Ronnie the assistant branch manager he said he doesn't understand why Hisense has not contacted us.
