2nd hand tv replacement

I took my Hisense 32" tv to them before guarantee expired for backround image. They send tv to Hisense and received tv back "fixed". Came home plugged the tv in and same problem still there no change. Took the tv back and by now my original guarantee expired. They send tv to hisense and after a few calls they came back to me and said Hisense will be repacing my tv with new upgraded model. I received my new upgraded tv today and the stand is broken scratchmarks all over tv and stand filthy remote that has been used by someone else!! I don't want a second hand tv as my tv was still under garantee when I took it in to them in the first place!! I feel that they told me my tv is replaced by new upgraded model and now I have a scratched tv! I live 90km away from Hi-fi corp and they should sort this out!
