Store not open. I arranged for collection

As a first time customer I'm not satisfied with the service at all. I placed an order over the weekend. I arranged to come and collect it on Monday afternoon. I drove all the way from Pretoria to come and collect it, when I arrived at the Midrand buildings there was no one to be seen. This type of service is unacceptable. How can you specify that my order will be ready for collection the next day and then your are closed??? PATHETIC!
