Firstly, i had a very important business lunch appointment and considered Nandos as my very first option... TO MY DISSAPOINMENT... I called in at 11.50am to place my order for collection and i asked what the time frame would be for collection. I was advised that it would be approximately 20-25 minutes. I did advise that i will sending someone to collect my order as it had to ready by 12:30pm for my very important business lunch. Secondly i gave very clear instructions how i wanted my order and went through it with the lady several times just to make sure. When my driver arrived at Nandos at 12:20pm, he had to wait a few minutes and then was advised that the 8 leg portions from my order was not ready. After Imade numerous calls to Nandos witrh regards to my delayed order, my driver then advised me that my order -number 37 was given to someone else!!! The manager nor staff did not know what happened! I eventually got my order and when my guests were ready to eat, we learned that food was missing! (2chipsx2rolls, no butter) i was totally embarrassed and very disgusted in the poor service that I had just received, so angry to a point that I could not even call and rectify damage done:-(
