Sa Ladder
Pathetic service!!!

Sa ladder has the most incompetent sales persons I have ever come across!!! After i had tried to get a sales person to help for 2 days, I place an order for wheels on the 28/10/2013 Received a call the afternoon of 30/10/2013 and was told that my order was ready for collection, Called the morning of 31/10/2013 to confirm that all was in order and was assure it was, I then requested to have my order doubled, the sales person told me they might not be ready for collection the same day but he would see what he can do, he called back about an hour later say that i can come collect all my wheels, My father who is on a permanent oxygen machine decided that he would go collect the goods as it was ready. Appon arriving there guess what, He had to sit for 2 hours and wait for them to be assembled as NOTHING was ready! This is, We always have problems when dealing with this company!!! We will now look at other suppliers in the future!
